Wow, that was fast! The holiday season is over and we officially welcomed 2017! I hope you all had a great time spending this break with your friends and family. If you are from WA and are struggling to buy your first home, first home buyers purchasing newly built properties are now entitled to a $15,000 First Home Owners Grant. It started last January 1 and will be until December 31, 2017.
